Frequently asked questions
Which stores support AR navigation?
AR needs a layout for the branch you're in, and a branch gets one when somebody walks it through. That's a smaller set than the 1,300+ stores in the store finder, and it grows as stores are surveyed.
Do I need special hardware or a headset?
No. AR navigation runs on standard iPhones (iPhone 12 and newer recommended) using Apple ARKit. No headset, no glasses, no extra hardware.
Is AR available on the web or on Android?
No — shelf-marker AR is built on Apple ARKit, so it's the iOS app only. On the web, In-Store Mode opens your camera and answers questions about what you point it at, and the store map shows the branch from above. Neither places markers on shelves.
Is AR grocery navigation free?
Yes. EurKart is free to download and use on iOS. All AR features are included.
