EurKart shows the actual floor plan of the branch you are in, rebuilt from a walk-through of that store: zones, shelving, chillers and freezers, and the aisles each area covers. The map marks which parts of the store were surveyed and which aisle numbers were read off a real sign. EurKart is free on iOS and web, built by Anureka Inc.
Which stores have maps in EurKart?
A store gets a map once somebody has walked it through — a smaller set than the 1,300+ Kroger family, Trader Joe's, and Costco stores in EurKart's store finder, and it grows as more branches are surveyed. If your branch has no map yet, EurKart says so rather than showing a generic layout.
What does EurKart do for a store that has no map?
EurKart orders your shopping list the way a supermarket is usually walked — perimeter first, frozen last — and tells you this is a common walking order, not this store's actual layout. After you shop the same branch a couple of times, EurKart learns the order you ticked items off and uses that instead. It never invents aisle numbers.
What is the difference between 2D maps and AR navigation in EurKart?
The 2D floor plan is available on the web and on iOS and shows the store from above. AR navigation overlays floating shelf markers on your phone's live camera feed; it is built on Apple ARKit and is available in the EurKart iOS app only, on iPhone 12 and newer. On the web, In-Store Mode opens your camera and answers questions about what you point it at, but does not place AR shelf markers.
Does EurKart have a Kroger store aisle map?
