Eurkart is an AI-powered grocery shopping assistant that provides:

• Smart recipe generation and ingredient list creation
• Store navigation with optimized shopping routes
• Aisle location guidance to help you find specific products
• Integration with grocery store APIs to add items to your cart
• Accessibility features including voice guidance and audio cues
• AR-based product scanning and identification

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us or connect your grocery store accounts, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our Service integrates with third-party grocery store APIs to provide enhanced functionality. When you connect your grocery store account:

• You authorize us to access your account information as permitted by the store
• We may add items to your list on your behalf
• We access store-specific data like aisle locations and product availability
• Your use is also subject to the terms of service of the connected grocery store

4.1 Affiliate Links and Sponsored Recommendations

Some product recommendations shown in the app may be affiliate links. If you buy through one, Eurkart may earn a commission from the retailer at no additional cost to you. We label these recommendations in the app, and earning a commission never changes what we tell you about a product's price, ingredients, or availability.

Affiliate and sponsored content appears only inside the app. We never send it by text message — see Section 6.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

10. Limitation of Liability

Eurkart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to incorrect product information or navigation guidance.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
